re: Ann: BPT: Beach sells its 40% stake in Ti... Well this is the thing. I don't know whether I'd be happy with this arrangement if I were an AOE shareholder! That 70 million dollars of AOE shares is not really clear as to what BPT intentions are given their focus! Also at what price? I think a share price should of been set with regards to this transaction. If AOE's share price goes down then obviously there will be a dilution factor. I supposed the same could be said if it rise that this will be reduced! I wouldn't be happy if I were a current AOE share holder.
