Have to agree with Jake, despite Richritchie's excellent post. ADE is now totally under BPT's control and because of their need for cash, like VERY many other small explorers, has had to sell it's soul to big brother. Sadly, this will significantly reduce any potential SP increases, although giving loyal SH a very "comfortable" ride for the next year or so. But, don't delude yourselves that ADE has any "premium" value with BPT holding nearly 20%. Might as well take 16.5 IF you can get it and put the proceeds into BPT. Am very interested in ADE through my holding in ICN and watching BPT's "moves" very seriously. Hopefully, ADE hasn't sold its soul to the devil, as we want ADE to have a "voice" in the significant developments that are in the offing with 218 and 855 and not allow BPT to be the de facto dictator. BPT now effectively have 44% of the upper section of 218 and all of 855, so, ADE and ICN TOGETHER still have a majority voice. United we stand, divided we ???
