Not my reading of it. NYR is initiating the stroke study.

I actually just found this very confusing, all the previous announcements (as recent as the AGM presentation) have referred to results of animal studies using WRAIR's established animal TBI model by end of year. This update is all progress on developing/refining a pilot/new way to study the drug prior to the promised efficacy study, and no explanation of why the target of end of calendar year was missed.
If there was any substance to the ann would have been price sensitive.
