I'm not sure why all you folks are stressing about this...its the accountant FFS! I worked for decades in bleeding edge IT companies and watched countless scorers come and go. BRN will not need a "real" CFO until there's lots of financial engineering to be done, i.e. until the money is pouring in.
Now if the announcement was about Peter or Anil leaving I'd be worried........but its not, so I'm not.
