Definitely a good appointment. Ryan did exceptionally well at Exar - drove cost reductions and profitable growth, while delivering improved shareholder value (he joined 5/16 - $6 sp, 1 yr later acquired 5/17 - $13).
Two major benefits come from appointments like these - they've all successfully worked together before and running a US listed co with over 15,000 customers helps BrainChip build connections.
Hopefully appointing a CFO is a weak signal for substantial revenue expected.
