That royalty fee is worth up to US $12,250,000. I read that in the 2014 annual report of Aziana.

"In December we reported that we successfully closed a transaction for our Louisiana oil and gas project for a cash payment of US$250,000 and an ongoing Over-Riding Royalty Interest (ORRI) capped at US$12.25 million. This ORRI is activated and becomes commercially valuable when the buyer encounters and produces hydrocarbons from the project."

I'm guessing that 1.8 Other income was the royalty fee. Hope they keep pumping that oil and gas.
