    • Founder Peter van Der Made lives here
    • Cheaper to list on ASX.
    • ASX listing has served its purpose - it funded R&D, setting-up USA, India (development centre) , and European sales offices. And achieved initial market traction

    But now it's time to get serious.
    This is logical and astute.
