From the first page of the announcement in the very first paragraph are printed in English the following words:
"Subject to the conditions described below, this timing would position the company for redomiciling by late 2025 or early 2026."
Unless I am wrong we all have about 8 to 10 months to decide what we might do and for Brainchip to make announcements about new deals, partnerships, IP sales etc as referred to by the CEO as being likely to take place in 2025.
In the last few days we have had the strongest possible confirmation of an epilepsy warning device based upon AKD1500 which has massive market potential.
This engagement with Onsor for Nexa came completely out of left field except for the fact that a previous CEO Mr. Dinardo predicted big things to come in the medical device area years ago. According to the information available Brainchip has been working with Onsor for a number of years to get to this point.
There is great scope given all the known engagements and the time that they have been in place for the CEO's prediction to come to fruition over the next 6 months or so.
As far as I personally am concerned I have plenty of time to get ready for the shift to the USA and plenty of time for the price of Brainchip's shares on the ASX to appreciate in line with the CEO's prediction of engagements coming to a successful conclusion in 2025.
For example as far as we know the US Airforce Research Laboratory subcontract is still under negotiation and assuming the subcontractor is revealed this could be a catalyst for positive price movement particularly if as I suspect it will be Lockheed Martin.
Remember there still has to be a vote of shareholders before this can move forward in any event.
As far as I am aware we do not yet have a large overseas institutional presence on the register so if the vote is successful it will mean that a lot of Australian investors with deep pockets have been convinced that this is the right move.
It is still three months approximately until the AGM the first opportunity for such a vote to take place so quite a bit of water still to pass under this bridge and a great deal more information to be provided and consumed before then.
