Dear Board,

Please start taking shareholders seriously and respect their decision to remain as shareholders. Please start to divulge information that will enable shareholders to gain some confidence in you as a group. Please start using definitive language that is unambiguous and not open to interpretation.

In regards to this current scenario you have presented to shareholders please release a statement that illustrates a roadmap that shareholders can expect that spells out the steps you are taking and the hurdles you are applying to yourselves and the company in order to provide some further comfort to shareholders that they are in safe hands.

I would expect that a explanatory document would form the backbone of this information drive and following this or concurrent with this a series of information drops, whether via a series of meetings or further ASX releases would be forthcoming.

Additionally, please conduct open mike style events where shareholders can ask their questions live in return for answers. The podcasts chaired by the head of IR won't cut it in my opinion.

Please also understand that shareholders will need to gain comfort with such a scheme and central to this will be evidence that the technology is being adopted by companies that are known and regarded by the broader community. For clarity it looks like you will need to deliver a series of positives releases that constitute IP license agreements.

Further, illustrate to shareholders that you foresee a bright future and provide evidence, if in fact it exists, that you are missing out on deals because of the ASX regulations surrounding disclosure of customers names and key terms. We all understand that anonymity is important. It is up to you as a board to demonstarte their is demand for Akida and TENNS.

If what I have spelt out above is delivered then i expect you may gain shareholder support and be successful in your desire to gain a US listing.
