I am in principle in favour of Brainchip moving to the USA.
Having said that I will not be submitting my vote until all the material supporting the motion has been received and I have listened to the oral presentation/s at the AGM and any questions asked and the answers given.
I will also be influenced by what if any commercial progress is reported between now and when the vote is taken as this will likely point to what we are likely to see after the AGM and before any such move.
