I believe that commercial progress has been hampered by being on the ASX an that this single point is the reason we have not seen more commercial success.
I think I posted yesterday a hypothetical conversation taking place at the contract signing table which I will repeat to refresh.
You can imagine the customer saying, we're ready to sign and our company going great, heres a press release/asx announcement we want your input on and agreement on to which the customer goes, What? What do you mean you want to tell the world who we are? We can't agree to that. See ya. When you get around this hurdle let me know and we will re evaluate.
The hurdle is the ASX disclosure guidelines/rules.
Your points througout your post resonate though and need to be addressed by the board. I can't imagine a scenario whereby they don't address these concerns and more.
