agreed with you, however, it’s a matter of timing. This should be happening when the share price and company are thriving not in a low. I’m going on a limb here and making a huge assumption, that the majority on this forum that are for the move NOW are also those whose shares are in the black or have large volumes of shares which would mean a consolation for them wouldn’t be that significant to their bottom dollar.
when, in the announcement, I’m being told that they’re considering giving me an “equivalent VALUE” of shares, that ticks me off, given the current value of the share price.
