please correct me if I’m wrong but when ARM floated on the nasdaq they had significant investments close to $1billion worth collectively to google, Samsung, NVIDIA, TSMC, AMD, synopsis etc etc etc….
perhaps this move will prove significant…
I think it was always going to happen But the timing to me seems extremely odd… something BIG must be occurring…
I do like the disclosure at the bottom of the announcement… perhaps they have timed the LDA raise to come post the proposal…?
