The situation is that as the $AU371,000 (about $US230,000) was paid out by Brainchip to LDA Capital the companies books would not balance unless the Auditors had knowledge of it and have taken it into account.
If they missed it then it is on the auditors head.
It is however impossible to believe that they missed it because when they added up each side of the ledger the balance on hand would be $AU371,000 short.
An Auditor short any amount would then ask what happened to the $AU371,000.
What you are claiming is unbelievable but if you genuinely believe you have found a mistake ask the company.
Just because you don’t like me is no reason to not ask the company how the auditors made such an egregious error given it has destroyed your faith in the Board.
