By all accounts this announcement looked to be a rectification of the Ceasing to be a substantial holder Published: 21/12/23 stating holder ceased to be a substantial holder on 31/10/2022, (only 14 months late) however, on closer inspection; (or to many it screamed that one of the Key Management Personnel was selling out and so the share price dropped nearly 16%)

There were several misconceptions built in

There should have been, included in the announcement, an explanation of what this announcement entailed; all in all I found it to be a very misleading document.
