I reckon they may go into administration before they get to the US
It’s just an opinion, but the way it’s been handled it’s definitely in spiral mode. Honestly didn’t think it would get this bad, which probably means it will get a lot worse.
Couldnt imagine 4 years ago it would go: - 2021 we have a new CEO with strong links to Silicon Valley to drive the company to commercial success - 2022 an “explosion of revenue is coming” changes to “we need to change our business plan and build out an ecosystem of partnerships” - 2023 was “Akida 1000 was a concept chip and liquidity has completed dried up in the market with companies not willing to take on new paradigms”” but we have Akida 2000 now and TENNs, a game changer based on what our customers wanted” - 2024 was the year, which turned into 2x Akida 1000 IP licences (the concept chip), and a government grant. - 2025 is “now we reflect on our 2024 successes (WTF?) we cannot be sure what’s on the horizon, although it does appear our lack of commercial success is all the ASX’s fault, so we’re going to milk it dry and try to list in the US” 2026- (my forward looking emphasis ) will be the year LDA agreement will be extended yet again as no other financiers will want to touch them, and for some unknown reason now we will hear that there are much greater synergies by selling out to ARM. Or something of that nature, just in time to suck more value out.
