Hopefully our 'world class' boards risk assesment of US relocation includes consideration of potebtial branding & trademark risks, specifically a clash with Musks Neuralink Brain Chip (like @dbd24 thoughtfully posted yesterday)Personally have long thought a name change is necessary due to the confusion with Neuralink and the general negative word association where BrainChip is most commonly thought of as an actual brain implant due to NeuralinkNow if I was Musk, and a Co named Brainchip suddenly popped up on a US exchange, I'd have a big issue with the impact or dilution to my brand and Id take them on in the courts just because I can and my pockets are deeper. Just my opinion but asked chatgpt for its take as well. Dyor
