I think shorters are a neither here nor there once the company starts moving they will be a thing of the past, its just that the share price is currently so volatile and with management creating fear every chance it gets with announcements it becomes a longer waiting game, and also the inability of the sales team.
I think it is a copout to blame it on the ASX, I wonder if they even put any effort into trying to work with the ASX, it is not an advertising board it is an investment marketplace. Yes the NDA's, once the sales team gets a win there will be others to follow it is called competition. I do have to question if they even want a sale in the first instance as this increases their argument to move to the US.
