I think it is a copout to blame it on the ASX, I wonder if they even put any effort into trying to work with the ASX, it is not an advertising board it is an investment marketplace. Yes the NDA's, once the sales team gets a win there will be others to follow it is called competition. I do have to question if they even want a sale in the first instance as this increases their argument to move to the US.

I do acknowledge that it takes time to evaluate and test new products, however, I also refer to what mdidy wrote, Sean only met 27% percent of booking target last year. Annual Report 2024p24.

I am wondering if they will try to resolve something before the AGM as they will not want to go through what posters are suggesting on here,

You can be neutral about management that's your perogative, however, I am not; they are not performing; simple as that.
