I actually think something different. I think either or both of the following:
1. The value of the announcements were already built into the share price
2. investors actually saw through the fact that they were minor value contracts. yes one may argue that the $ partnerships prove that the product works and may have potential to get others interested but that doesn’t mean anything until the $$ roll in.
unfortunately I think all the vague yet positive hype statements made by the CEO at AGMs over the many years meant that investors were expecting more $$ from these announcements hence why the share price went nowhere on the asx at the time.
Im pretty sure, like it has before, that if announcements are associated with significant $$, than the share price would move north on the asx.
