It's a distinct possibility that US Defence due to security concerns may have suggested in no uncertain terms to BRN that they would prefer that the transition to the Edge be powered by a US listed company. The fact that BRN is a US based company may not be enough. We would hope that the possible US listing is not just 'on a whim' by the BOD. Very few embrace change in the early introductory stages. BRN would understand that this is early days and that they need to do a lot of persuading. I expect the positive news flow concerning clients and tech advancements to continue. Otherwise they will have trouble getting the proposal passed at a meeting. BRN would be receiving a lot of contact with concerns about this proposal and would have a strategy in place to get it passed if it goes to a meeting. Best to keep an open mind.
