another big day for brainchip holders. Too many news too quickly. 40 million on market sell off. A revenue of .4 million, just a day before information about anil selling his shares, and now a US listing. out of all only one thing looks positive and compulsion for team brainchip and that is US domicile for brainchip. I assume that also relates to defence contract and US will not give that to a foreigner company. I just hope management should had been more visionary before extending the contract with LDA. They were having the best opportunity to raise an IPO in US and then convert Australian shares into that, that way they may get some US brokers on board and that would had put less pressure on aussie share holders. But somehow I feel the financial think tank in brainchip is almost missing. A lot of decisions are happening through and all the burden has to be born by long term holders. I don't know why company cannot raise with a good news than with a bad news I can see it going down below 20 cents again without a news.
