From speaking with US retail investors and my reading it is normal practice for bonus shares to be sold to pay tax in the USA.
Despite three years of discussion every time a US based employee or Director sells to pay tax we get all this garbage from trolls and manipulators.
So one definite advantage of re domiciling to the USA would be to take advantage of a group of sophisticated investors versed in the fact that selling to pay tax is standard practice.
