Yes always better to raise at a higher price but once they raise the $20 million they can forget about LDA Capital if they want to as they have satisfied the facility requirements.
So nothing to prevent other arrangements of the type you suggest. They did the same thing with raising the $20 million from the Australian sophs last year. They bought out the end of the LDA Agreement as they still had not completed the minimum draw down.
