They must be getting some positive signs from their partners in the US Defense.
Being on the Nasdaq... working with US Defence Contractor... once this starts to rally on the Nasdaq you can start to see some violent moves upwards.
But I don't think they are ready yet... Unless of course there's something big in the pipeline that will spark investors interests.
