I’d say they began to seriously think about it after the last capital raise which saw only $600k or there abouts raised out of a possible $3 million on offer to shareholders… pretty clear cut they’ve run out of “investment puff” here on the ASX.
or they have something BIG up their sleeve… but one would have thought that would have leaked to the finance world by now…
looking forward to the proposal. Should be a good show of what the BOD and management are made of (if anything at all)
