yeah would have thought the company would be organised enough to prepare a presentation prior to the AGM which would allow for questions by shareholders… could be an interesting 3 weeks until the AGM… we wait and wait…
I wonder where the money will coming from to BUY out those holding a non marketable parcel…
I still think this is a potential buy out/ subsidiary offer to an existing company on the nasdaq… a strong arm perhaps
