At the last two AGM’s the Chair has communicated to shareholders that Brainchip was happy being an ASX listed company.
I am not aware of any substantial change to the regulatory environment in the last eleven months that would justify a present claim that Brainchip cannot now function properly.
I think it is reasonable for the Chair and Board to explain fully why it was fine up to 12 months ago but now it t is so impossible to work with a move to the USA is required.
