With our share price sitting where it is, I don’t think we will have to worry about a re-domicile any time soon (unless of course, the board can pull a rabbit out of the hat to convince shareholders otherwise).
Also keeping in mind, there are two voting hurdles that BRN need to overcome:
- “headcount” test – a simple majority (50% plus one) of registered shareholders plus
- “voted shares” test – 75% of votes cast on resolution (one vote per share so 75% of the share voting on the resolution)
