447 Million shares....for a 6 month period (that's the big clue) detectives !

$1.00 valuation take out target within the next 2 quarters, just prior to the mass production of
the Akida Chip....for the company to raise enough funds to go solo on the Akida Chip production
would be in the vicinity of 100 Million ???....am I reasonably close ??
