I don't know that your question has an answer yet. Big investors have lots of checks and balances to complete before they commit to buying. But things can change very rapidly. A big player could in fact be accumulating right now and we wouldn't yet know. Someone will post broker data at some point.
Technically, a close at or above 28.5 is a sign of strength.
