If a shareholder is not happy with the resolutions Louis is trying to pass then by all means either try and reject it or sell your holding.
Between the AGM and now, if the quarterly or any news released separately doesn't contain significant +ve material then I'd be somewhat disappointed.
But at the end of the day, I invested for the vision of AKIDA and Peter + Anil. If Louis wants to tag along and just milk the sh*t out of the stock - I'll be happy as long as the company succeeds overall. I still however suspect Louis is of value and this will hopefully be proved over the coming year.
I guess only time will tell.
