LDN proposed to receive 15m BRN shares and 15m performance rights, excerciseable at zero cost, provided he sticks around for another 12 months.
Even at the current mediocre share price that's nearly $5m worth of value right there. Brainchip is proving to be quite the nice littler earner for Louis.
