I have emailed the BOD and CEO and asked them to withdraw the contentious resolutions being the 50% increase in directors fee's and LDN's shares.

I stated my reasons and also said that I consider these resolutions are premature for a company without revenue and given what shareholders know currently, but with changing circumstances regarding shareholder value, I believe they can be re-visited at a later stage in the companies evolution.

I won't post the email here because I consider it private in nature from my side....but its the least I could do in these circumstances.
