IMO
LDN & Mgt should & must get zero - appearing more & more a life style co (suggest regulators need to step in & ask some hard Questions)
Ask yourself 15M + Options for what significant $ earning deliverable - he/they get paid to do their job ...Mgt/LDN buy on market if things are so rosy or accept you have to work hard before rewards are handed out - I think a few of them need to see the door now
