What a down ramper does...,,,
1) to buy a share at a lower price as the train has left and now needs to catch a cab to catch the train again
2) employed by few interested individuals to gain shares at a lower SP
3) constantly confuse share holders as to finally give in to his gain
etc etc..........at the end he still holds the shares and keeps buying and gets the last laugh
