What do we think "first-responder sites" is? The only sensible purpose for cameras in first-responder situations is mounted on-person (Fire, Ambulance, Police) or fitted to police cars. I can't see another sensible use apart from VA of archived footage. On-person and vehicle mounted utilisation will add up to a lot of revenue eventually. Great to see we're going into schools too. France has a lot of schools. Most countries do.
