imo a smart move
BRN undoubtedly making progress, but the spark to light the fuse to $1 bil MC remains elusive, commercialization to validate even current EV still seems awhile off.
Also BRN is now 2 years down the road from its blast to 60c+ when the big money was made by traders, and is being overshadowed by the current market darlings, Lithium and battery tech and Cryptocurrencies and blockchain tech
Great announcement today, and were this to have been announced 12 months ago, would have put a rocket under SP imo, but now market sees opportunities elsewhere, and is wary as you state that it is likely a prelude to CR. Not to say its not great progress and were it to pan out as a deal that puts a chip in every European car produced from 2019, make it amazing, but the market seems content at $140 mil EV to wait for clarification.
