Its been a good thing this BRN over the last week or so. You've seen your parcel grow by $40,000 or so since the lows of 15.5c. I would have hated to have sold back then and then see this happen. You'd feel cheated and possibly have tendencies to downramp to justify your decision. I'd just slink away and lick my wounds.
