This is how ASX behaves. Its nothing to do with BRN, I have seen this happening to other stocks as well. If BRN was listed on any other exchange it would have easily priced 40 cents or more.
Sometimes I wonder, the only way you can make money on ASX is through dividends.
In that case for BRN, we may have to wait another year to get dividends
