This landfill has been built for more than class one this is why it is taking alittle more time .

This and I think they did mention completion by end of april is conditional on remaining parts which couldve been delayed due to freight transport and/or parts/goods that is affecting everyone globally.. not too much of a worry. I wonder if they will look at re-financing their existing loans given this 5yr agreement and potentially the next few results in the short term
