Well that's interesting. They submitted their reply to questions regarding the EIA yesterday. The process is moving at least and they seem very confident.

My feeling after yesterday's chat was that none of this was in motion with the EIA. Obviously I want to believe everything was on track so confirmation bias on my part juxtaposed with rules regarding continuous disclosure can mean the words "nothing we are aware of which would delay permits" can be interpreted in many ways.
I cannot cast dispersions at management for being misleading.
Simply they cannot disclose that info to me.

In some ways it would have been better if old mate had just told me the mkt will be updated shortly. But perhaps that info when relayed creates real panic when the share price is falling.

So hotcopperites I must appologise for slightly misleading comments yesterday.

I think the positive is that management have fully updated the mkt this morning and we are now all on a level playing field.

My gut says hold. And I shall.
