    I'm not a Geologist, there will be others more qualified to answer that question. But 'later' or 'overprinting' basically means that the mineralisation happened after the deeper/older porphyry mineralisation events. It's kind of like saying, the gold was formed earlier, deeper, lower grade, and moved up closer to the surface and concentrated into higher grades over time (insert an incredible amount of science/Geology here).

    These types of deposits are commonly seen together.

    Please feel free to offer a better explanation if there are any Geo's out there.
