I just wish they raised the bar a little with how they structure these sort of deals. The one for themselves as directors is way too weak for what they will receive (based purely on downloads), and whilst I do like what they have done with the sportstars, having 5m vest based solely on 90 days expiring... And only 1.5m odd linked to the actual performance just seems the wrong way around.
