I completely agree the subsidiaries have to disappear - both as trading entities and as brands. They all need to be merged into the Tesserent name so customers are dealing with the one entity. This helps with cross-selling too - customers receive a consistent looking proposal irrespective of the service (or former subsidiary that delivers it).
My only disappointment is the rebranding of Tesserent itself. It's unnecessary.
I would rather see money spent on hiring a PR gun so that we can get JC onto more high-profile interviews and articles around investor relations and get Kurt onto more media interviews around cyber issues. Cyber CX do this very well. Alastair Macgibbon is interviewed in every national newspaper (digital and print) all the time. It gets the public's attention.
