isnt 380mcf a bad result? they were aiming for 0.3mmcf - 1.3mmcf, and this just scraped in at the bottom end.
will make it harder to fill the cap raising now, and probably casts some doubt on the rest of the wells.
if they dont get 3mmcf on the next one this will go pear shape prety quick
