    I really don't know. We have seen similar actions last few months. Let's hope this the start of real upward movement. Perhaps someone is happy with yesterday's update. Same operator got multiple oil fields in pre-salt region. Some are in production and some are in-development. GEV is expecting to provide multiple quotations per case basis. How many projects opportunity is there? I don't know but I guess someone read between the lines and realised the potential.
