If you have a low opex/low capex project which can be fast tracked to production, you pursue it and dont throw in the towel and go silent. If capex was $50m then yes, p1ss it off until sentiment recovers and the market cap is higher, but this guy promised a low cost/low capex project with the SS commenced nearly 14 months ago and the man has gone dead silent.....just like he did with Jaime. There were ample funds in the kitty to complete the SS, so absolutely no excuse.
