My take on it is, if they get good results in Brazil from either Lithium or Niobium, it will then probably go to a market cap of $100 million. OZM will then do a CR at the higher price. He can then finish the SS and has the cash to fast track production with minimum dilution for shareholders. Sounds a good strategy for shareholders.
If results are shit he then focus all attention on the SS and will probably have to do a CR at around these prices.
