With $1.6m in the kitty and a $200k option fee payable next month, that would leave AP around $1.2m to commence drilling. It's tight but yes if you look at Mulgabbie, he was spending approx $550k per quarter on drilling/assays, so he could probably keep the lights on for another 3 months and do plenty of drilling and possibly stick a drill bit in the Niobium deposit if he gets those permits quick.
